i am a self-taught painter who barely made it to art class in jr. college. thus the C-. and i think my professor had it out for me the whole time anyway.
what you see is what you get with my art...no fancy explanations or theory. just my guts spilled onto whatever surface they may land. love it or hate it, it's simply about self expression and continued discovery through life.

it's been a long time since i have been able to cross over to the art world i love so much. i was living in south carolina for four years working with a large landscape design/build company as a designer...painting in my free time...until just recently. my wife and i decided to move back to where i grew up and start our own landscape company...which has taken nearly every waking hour of my time since last november. (i do the hard work, she keeps us in line and the bills paid :-)
so, i have not painted in months...bummer. but, i am getting back into gear soon and making time for my art. i mean damn, i think i am going to lose it already!! to
